Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the smtaya platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering an account on smtaya, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on smtaya are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). smtaya supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your smtaya account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. smtaya does not accept deposits from third parties. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the smtaya platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between the individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Using the smtaya platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.

smtaya reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

smtaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold a smtaya account.
• smtaya is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or direction from a regulatory authority.
• smtaya reasonably suspects that the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or criminal purposes.
• The player has requested voluntary self-exclusion through smtaya's responsible gaming tools.
• The player's account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with smtaya's dormant account policy.

Upon account closure by smtaya for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the smtaya platform, or any transaction conducted through smtaya, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through smtaya's customer support process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, you agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle such dispute, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
